Upivo היא אפליקציית האתגרים של הסטודיו שלך: משימות יומיות ושבועיות,
נקודות, טבלת מובילים ופרסים. בדף זה אפשר למצוא מענה לשאלות הנפוצות, ואת הדרך ליצור

יצירת קשר
איך מצטרפים לסטודיו?
ההרשמה לאפליקציה דורשת קוד הצטרפות של הסטודיו. את הקוד מקבלים
מהסטודיו עצמו - הוא מופיע אצל מנהל/ת הסטודיו במסך ההגדרות. בלי קוד תקף לא ניתן
להשלים הרשמה.
שכחתי סיסמה
במסך ההתחברות יש קישור שכחתי סיסמה?. הזינו את כתובת האימייל שלכם
ותקבלו הודעה עם קישור לאיפוס. אם ההודעה לא הגיעה, כדאי לבדוק בתיקיית הספאם.
למה הנקודות שלי עוד לא התעדכנו?
רוב המשימות מזכות בנקודות מיד עם התיעוד. חלק מהמשימות מוגדרות על ידי הסטודיו
כדורשות אישור מאמן - במקרה כזה התיעוד ממתין לבדיקה, והנקודות נכנסות
לחשבון רק לאחר שהמאמן/ת מאשר/ת אותו.
איך ממשים פרס?
בלשונית פרסים אפשר לראות את קטלוג הפרסים של הסטודיו ואת מספר
הנקודות שנדרש לכל אחד. לאחר המימוש הפרס נאסף בסטודיו עצמו, מול
הצוות.
לא מגיעות אליי התראות
מתג ההתראות נמצא בלשונית פרופיל ← גלגל השיניים
בפינה העליונה ← העדפות ← התראות. כדאי לוודא גם
שההתראות מאושרות ל-Upivo בהגדרות המכשיר.
מעקב המשקל שלי
רישום משקל בלשונית מעקב הוא אישי ואינו מזכה בנקודות
- הוא נועד למעקב שלכם בלבד. נקודות על שקילה ניתנות רק דרך משימת שקילה שהסטודיו הגדיר
באתגר.
מחיקת חשבון
אפשר למחוק את החשבון והנתונים מתוך האפליקציה. ההסבר המלא, כולל מה נמחק ומה נשמר,
נמצא בדף מחיקת חשבון.

Upivo is your studio's challenge app: daily and weekly tasks, points,
a leaderboard and rewards. This page answers the most common questions and shows you
how to reach us.

How do I join a studio?
Signing up requires your studio's join code. You get the code from the
studio itself - it appears in the studio administrator's settings screen. Registration
cannot be completed without a valid code.
I forgot my password
The sign-in screen has a Forgot password? link. Enter your email
address and you will receive a message with a reset link. If it does not arrive, please
check your spam folder.
Why haven't my points updated?
Most tasks award points immediately when you log them. Some tasks are configured by the
studio to require coach approval - in that case your entry waits for
review, and the points are credited only once a coach approves it.
How do I redeem a reward?
The Rewards tab shows your studio's reward catalog and the points each
one costs. After redeeming, the reward is collected at the studio, from
the staff.
I'm not receiving notifications
The notifications switch is under the Profile tab →
gear icon in the top corner → Preferences →
Notifications. Also make sure notifications are allowed for Upivo in
your device settings.
My weight tracking
Logging a weight in the Tracking tab is
personal and does not award points - it is there for your own record.
Points for weighing in are awarded only through a weigh-in task the studio has set up in
the challenge.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and data from within the app. The full explanation,
including what is deleted and what is retained, is on the
Account Deletion page.
