מחיקת חשבון - Upivo

בדף זה מוסבר איך למחוק את החשבון שלך באפליקציית Upivo ואת הנתונים המשויכים אליו, ואילו נתונים נמחקים ואילו נשמרים.

1. מחיקת החשבון מתוך האפליקציה

הדרך המהירה והמלאה למחוק את החשבון היא מתוך האפליקציה עצמה:

פותחים את אפליקציית Upivo ומתחברים לחשבון.
עוברים ללשונית פרופיל (בתפריט התחתון).
לוחצים על סמל גלגל השיניים בראש המסך כדי להיכנס להגדרות.
גוללים עד לקטע מחיקת חשבון.
לוחצים על מחיקת חשבון לצמיתות.
מאשרים בחלון האישור שנפתח.

המחיקה מתבצעת מיד עם האישור - אין תקופת המתנה ואין אפשרות לבטל או לשחזר את הנתונים לאחר מכן.

2. אין לך גישה לחשבון?

אם איבדת גישה לאפליקציה או לחשבון, אפשר לשלוח בקשת מחיקה במייל לכתובת support@upivo.co.il. יש לשלוח את הבקשה מכתובת האימייל שאיתה נרשמת, ולציין את שמך המלא ואת שם הסטודיו. לאחר אימות הזהות נמחק את החשבון, ונשיב לפנייתך בתוך 30 ימים לכל היותר.

חשבונות של מנהלי סטודיו אינם ניתנים למחיקה עצמית מתוך האפליקציה (מחיקה כזו הייתה משביתה את ניהול הסטודיו) - לצורך מחיקתם יש לפנות לאותה כתובת מייל.

3. אילו נתונים נמחקים

עם ביצוע המחיקה מוסרים לצמיתות ממערכותינו:

פרטי החשבון והכניסה (כתובת אימייל וסיסמה);
פרופיל המשתמש - שם, כינוי תצוגה והגדרות אישיות;
כל התיעודים והמשימות שהשלמת;
כל התמונות שהעלית, כולל תמונות הוכחה ותמונות התקדמות;
נתוני התקדמות ומדדים גופניים שהזנת (למשל שקילות);
ההשתתפות שלך באתגרים ובטבלת המובילים;
היסטוריית מימוש הפרסים שלך;
ההתראות שקיבלת ומזהי המכשירים לשליחת התראות (Push Tokens).

4. אילו נתונים נשמרים, ולכמה זמן

רשומות ניקוד מנותקות־זיהוי: רשומות הנקודות שנצברו באתגרים נשמרות ללא מזהה המשתמש - הקישור אליך נמחק לחלוטין ולא ניתן לשחזור. הן נשמרות כדי שסיכומי הנקודות של האתגר והסטודיו יישארו נכונים, ואינן מאפשרות לזהות אותך.
דיווחי שגיאה וקריסה: נשמרים למשך הזמן הדרוש לאבחון תקלות בלבד, ולאחר מכן נמחקים או נשמרים במתכונת מצטברת.
מידע שאנו מחויבים לשמור על פי דין: למשך התקופה הקבועה בחוק.

מעבר לכך אין תקופת שמירה נוספת - הנתונים האישיים אינם מועברים ל"סל מיחזור" ואינם נשמרים כגיבוי אישי לאחר המחיקה.

5. לתשומת לבך

המחיקה מסירה גם את חברותך בסטודיו. הצטרפות מחדש בעתיד תדרוש הרשמה חדשה עם קוד ההצטרפות של הסטודיו.
הפעולה אינה הפיכה - לא ניתן לשחזר חשבון שנמחק, את התיעודים או את הנקודות שנצברו.

Account Deletion - Upivo

This page explains how to delete your Upivo account and its associated data, and which data is deleted versus retained.

1. Deleting your account in the app

The fastest and most complete way to delete your account is from within the app:

Open the Upivo app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab (bottom navigation).
Tap the gear icon at the top of the screen to open settings.
Scroll to the Delete account section.
Tap Delete account permanently.
Confirm in the dialog that appears.

Deletion happens immediately on confirmation - there is no waiting period, and the data cannot be restored afterwards.

2. Can't access your account?

If you have lost access to the app or your account, email a deletion request to support@upivo.co.il. Send it from the email address you registered with and include your full name and your studio's name. After verifying your identity we will delete the account, and we will respond within 30 days at the latest.

Studio administrator accounts cannot be self-deleted from the app (doing so would disable studio management) - to remove one, contact the same address.

3. What is deleted

The following is permanently removed from our systems:

account and sign-in credentials (email address and password);
your user profile - name, display nickname and personal settings;
all logged proofs and completed tasks;
all photos you uploaded, including proof photos and progress photos;
progress data and physical metrics you entered (e.g. weigh-ins);
your participation in challenges and on the leaderboard;
your reward redemption history;
your notifications and push notification device tokens.

4. What is retained, and for how long

De-identified points records: the point entries earned in challenges are kept with the user identifier removed - the link to you is deleted permanently and cannot be restored. They are retained so that challenge and studio point totals remain accurate, and they cannot be used to identify you.
Error and crash reports: retained only for as long as needed to diagnose issues, after which they are deleted or kept in aggregated form.
Data we are legally required to keep: for the period set by law.

Beyond this there is no additional retention period - personal data is not moved to a recycle bin and no personal backup copy is kept after deletion.

5. Please note

Deletion also ends your studio membership. Re-joining later requires a new sign-up with the studio's join code.
The action is irreversible - a deleted account, its logs and its points cannot be recovered.
